Jane. Curator of ribbons, buttons, fabrics, gems, threads, paints, wools and bows. Conjurer of craft.
Cutting, sticking, sewing, making…… it’s the simple things in life that always give the most pleasure.
Either at Jane’s delightful studio or from the comfort of your own holiday accommodation (space permitting) you can riffle through her haul of crafty materials before embarking on a ‘crafternoon’ full of fun and laughter. By the end of the day you will have your own crafty masterpiece and happy memories made to take home and treasure always.
There are a range of projects to try your hand, including; bespoke lampshades, cushions, wreaths, tweed bags, book hedgehogs and even textile taxidermy. Children can decorate cupcakes for the family to enjoy afterwards. Hen parties may want to create decorations for use at the forthcoming wedding. The choice is yours and the only limit is your imagination.
Depending on the duration of your session Jane will provide a ‘craftea’ (tea and scones) or a 2/3 course lunch as part of your day- crafting can really work up an appetite! You are invited to bring your own bottle if you prefer your artwork with some extra ‘fizz’ and ‘sparkle.’
